Economic board games: making resource decisions
Buying is only one step in an economic game. You must consider available cash, future payments and the opportunities created for other players.

Assets and liquidity
Owning many properties does not always make a position secure. A mandatory payment may arrive before a new asset produces income. Compare a purchase’s potential benefit with the cash it leaves available.
Player interaction
Trading and auctions change an asset’s value. A site may matter more to a player who is building a particular group. Consider an offer from both sides and check that the transaction is permitted.
The specific rules matter
Board size, construction and bankruptcy rules vary between games. Do not automatically import familiar prices or restrictions. In ROSA Property Empire, use the property card and the actions allowed during the current turn.
