Choosing a game for a short break
A short break works best with a clear aim and an easy stopping point. Session length depends on the selected challenge as well as the genre.

Find a stopping point
A puzzle with saving lets you stop between decisions. A short arcade round provides a natural boundary. Before starting, check whether pause is available and whether closing the page preserves the game.
Consider your mood
For an unhurried pace, choose a task that does not demand an immediate response. For a change of rhythm, try a movement-based game. Match difficulty to your current attention rather than the urge to beat a record.
A break need not end in victory
You can stop after a few considered moves rather than waiting for a win. Save a longer game and return later. An external timer can help establish the session’s boundary in advance.
